Stratevo is a small studio. We grow the team only when a real bottleneck shows up, not on a schedule. If the principles below sound like you, send us a note. When we open the next role, you’ll hear about it before it goes anywhere public.
We stay deliberately small so each person owns the outcome end-to-end — design, build, ship, support — instead of being a stage in a relay race.
If something will take three days, we don't promise one. If a tool isn't right for a client, we say so even when it costs us the deal.
Two short syncs a week. The rest of the calendar is yours. Async-by-default; we write things down so the team isn't a cache invalidation problem.
Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Postgres. We optimise for shipping, not for learning a new framework on every project.

Senior product designer
Brand, marketing sites, and product UI. Comfortable owning a project from kickoff to launch.
Full-stack engineer
Next.js + Postgres. Comfortable in the design weeds and at the database.
Client lead
Owns onboarding, scoping, and the relationship after launch. UK or AU timezone preferred.
