Stratevo serves customers primarily in the United Kingdom and Australia. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018, Australia’s Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and — where applicable, e.g. for visitors or customers in the EU — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where a sub-processor is based outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and where applicable the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as the safeguard for international transfers.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4, conversion pixels when requested by clients) are loaded only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the banner or your browser settings.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication. We follow least- privilege principles and keep audit logs of administrative actions. If we become aware of a personal data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay — within 72 hours under Article 33 UK/EU GDPR, and as soon as practicable under Australia’s Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.
Stratevo is a B2B service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you by email or through your dashboard when we make material changes. The effective date above indicates the last update.
